On 19th November, we had big plans. Our beloved Sophie was going to take on the 10K challenge in Leeds to raise awareness for men's mental health. Tragically, we lost Sophie to suicide, leaving a void that can never be filled. But now, her memory and mission live on through us - her best friend Ellie, her devoted mum Lindsey, her dad Charles and even our furry companions are joining forces to complete the 10k in her honour.

 

Sophie's passion for improving mental health was strong. In her memory, half of the funds raised will be donated to the charity she was deeply connected to. The other half will be directed towards YoungMinds an organisation dedicated to nurturing the mental well-being of young minds.

 

Let's turn this tragedy into a force for good. Join us in remembering Sophie and championing the cause that meant so much to her. Together, we can make a difference and bring light to the darkness that surrounds men's mental health.
